The Springs is lucky to have a huge selection of microbreweries, which are located all over the city--from downtown to the far north side.

Complete with friendly staff who definitely make it their business to know their brews. So take a look, pick your favorite, and bottoms up!

Bierwerks Brewery

Colorado Springs Brew Pubs - Bierwerks Brewery If you are looking for excellent hand-crafted German beer, this is the place. Not technically one of the Colorado Springs brew pubs, it's close enough to count. Bierwerks is in "the city above the clouds," Woodland Park, only 15 minutes west. Friendly, helpful staff in traditional dress serve up lagers and ales galore. The outdoor atmosphere is a bit loud due to its close proximity to the main road, but that doesn't seem to bother their many customers who choose to sit outside.
The big draw to Bierwerks is the beer. The beer. The beer. The bier!
